Registration Fee:

• Individual Registration - $95 + HST
• Team Registration (team of 12) - $950 + HST
• Additional Lunch Voucher - $30 + HST

Register as a team or an individual. This fun full-day softball tournament is open to all CIPH members a CIPH members, friends & family.

Your registration includes a minimum of 3 games, team t-shirt, beverages during the games and enjoy the BBQ buffet style for lunch. Additional meal vouchers are available for an extra $30.

Consider the following when planning your team:

• 3-pitch tournament rules
• 12 players per team
• Team Captain must be a YES member
• You must have 3 females on each team
